Restuarant 1858 is currently closed for the season. We look forward to welcoming you when we reopen Friday, March 14, 2025! An extraordinary dining adventure through Colorado's frontier history, made even more memorable by the incredible waterfall setting. Offering lunch and dinner, Restaurant 1858 was designed to integrate beautifully into its surroundings, and, in addition to the main dining room, an outdoor patio offers guests the choice to dine even nearer the cascading waterfall with breathtaking views of the canyon.

Our Falling Waffles food truck is currently closed for the season. Featuring must have freshly made bubble waffle sundaes, house churned ice creams, and whimsical toppings and sauces, our Falling Waffles Food Truck has something for everyone. Prices range from $10 to $12.
